Environmental Studies AS/A2 at Honiton Community College
This course covers a range of topical and high profile subject areas. The environment is now perceived as highly important not just by individuals but people in general. The subject covers aspects of conversation and why it is important. We study the ecological relationships between organisms. We explore how humans both exploit and manage physical resources. Consideration is given to pollution of the atmosphere, water and land. Population and its demands on the Earth's resources are reviewed along with the impacts we have on forestry and aquatic life.
5 GCSE passes (grade C, or above) including a minimum of grade B in a Science subject.
