Hospitality Catering Core Foundation Entry Level 3 / Level 1 at Hull College Group

Course description

This course will give you a range of skills within the Hospitality and Catering Industry.

You will take part in practical catering sessions including preparing food and serving customers in a simulated kitchen environment.

Embedded in your studies you will also build on your employability skills and benefit from group support.

You will also complete a qualification in English and Maths to aid with your progression.

Entry requirements

No formal entry requirements required, however students must demonstrate an interest in the vocation and complete the induction period.
