This course will give you a range of skills within the Hospitality and Catering Industry.
You will take part in practical catering sessions including preparing food and serving customers in a simulated kitchen environment.
Embedded in your studies you will also build on your employability skills and benefit from group support.
You will also complete a qualification in English and Maths to aid with your progression.
