During the course you will cover 6 units: 3 Core units: + Anatomy for Exercise and Sport + Sport and Exercise Physiology + Sport and Exercise Psychology 3 units from a range of areas including: + Work-Based Experience in Sport + Practical Team Sports + Exercise Health and Lifestyle + Fitness Testing for Sport and Exercise + Sports Coaching
