Introduction to the hospitaliy & Catering industry at The Olive Grove Cookery School

Course description

This course is based in our professional kitchens at Noseley hall. You will be given opportunities to work with a variety of ingredients and equipment in order to learn the skills needed to produce food in a commercial enviroment. On this course, you will get a combination of practical training and theroy sessions,we work in small bespoke groups of no more than 10 students at a time, this means that each person is treated as an individual with regular 1-1 time from our tutors and support staff to develop your talents. This course is designed to allow learners to develop knowledge and skills needed to within the hospitality sector and for learners to achieve basic catering and food saftey skills.

There are no entry requirements for this course however there is an interview process and references would be required before being accepted.
