Learn is carried out in the work environment, with assessment will include a portfolio of evidence to meet the criteria of the qualification, recognition of prior learning and successfully following of a development programme.
What is the right level? Level 3 Your role involves providing advice and guidance directly to clients, reporting to line management as well as associated services. You may also supervise and support other staff members.
Learners achieving Level 3 in Advice and Guidance may progress to level 4 depending on their work role and those achieving Level 4 in Advice and Guidance may progress into teaching or specialist areas such as counselling, mediation, careers guidance. These qualifications are for practitioners who provide information, advice and guidance to others i.e. their clients, customers, staff, etc - assessed in the workplace through observation, inspection of work product, discussions and oral questions, written questions, learner statements and witness testimony.
