Skills for Catering Supported Learning at LeSoCo

Course description

You will work on communication and social skills, numeracy and ICT. You will develop confidence and independence with travel, personal finance and organisation and will have the opportunity to work in a commercial kitchen and learn a wide range of culinary skills and techniques. You will have the pleasure of knowing that other college users are paying to enjoy what you have made as everything you cook is sold in the college cafes and restaurants.

You will have an interview with a teacher to assess your needs

You can progress into one of our other supported vocational courses, or into higher level catering or hospitality courses or into supported employment
