Accounts Intermediate Apprenticeship AAT Level 2 Certificate at Halesowen College

Course description

This Apprenticeship programme will suit you if you are interested in combining study with working in an accounting environment. You may be employed in either an accountancy practice or in the finance department of any type of organisation.

Entry requirements

  • 5 GCSEs at grade C, including Maths and English Language

You are also required to have a successful interview, good references and complete a basic skills test.


Assessment

Processing Bookkeeping Transactions, Control Accounts, Journals and the Banking System, Basic Costing and Working Effectively in Accounting & Finance are all examined through computerised tests, set by AAT and computer marked.

Computerised Accounting is assessed through a test set by AAT and marked by the College.
