Course description

The Gen2 Customer Service Apprenticeship provides an industry recognised qualification for customer service for every sector. From local government and the NHS to hospitality, travel and tourism. Apprentices understand how customer service delivery and legislation affects customer expectations and how the customer services process can be developed and improved through customer feedback, promotion of products and services and effective teamwork.

Entry requirements

Preferred results: GCSE Grades A-C in Mathematics, English and ICT. Successfully pass the Gen2 aptitude testing.
