Customer Services Level 3 at BCTG

Course description

For those who enjoy working with the public and have the skills to turn problems into solutions a career in customer services could be the opportunity of a lifetime.  This is a constantly evolving industry and a customer services role has the potential to provide an individual with a satisfying and rewqrding career.

the Apprentice will complete a Level 3 Diploma in Customers Services and we aim to provide our apprentices with the knowledge and skills they will need to be working within a customer service environment.  Our Level 3 apprenticeships offer the learner a more in depth understanding of the customer servie role and helps support career progression as it focuses on how to maintain good customer relations, whilst dealing with complex complaints.

Entry requirements

Entry requirements include GCSE's at grade A-C to include English & Maths, a level 2 in Customer Services would be advantageous.

Further information

Customer service apprenticeships are delivered mainly on site at the place of employment.  Regular assessment and reviews will ensure apprentices achieve the required skills to sucessfully complete their apprenticeship.
