Customer Service - Apprenticeship at Tempdent Dental Recruitment and Training

Course description

This course leads you to be recognised as being able to give a high quality standard of Customer Service. You will gather evidence for the NVQ Level 2 in customer Service, Key Skills and a Technical Certificate. Evidence will be gathered in the workplace and you will have regular meetings with an assessor. You will also take part in on and off the job training.

Entry requirements

Must be employed in a customer service role and have a good level of English and Maths
