ELECTRONICS at Langley Grammar School

Course description

With the rapid developments in technology over the last decades, electronics has grown into a massive industry. This course helps to develop an understanding of the processes involved in electronics systems and leads to an AS in Electronics, although it may be extended to A2 level. It is a supported self-study scheme available through the school’s virtual learning environment using resources supplied by Cynnal. You will also have regular access to dedicated practical apparatus. The prepared units are accompanied by weekly tutorials, although you will need to allocate additional time to your studies.

Entry requirements

Students with five or more GCSE passes at grade C or above. These must include English and Mathematics at grade C or above.
