General  vocational entry requirements  plus a  5 in English Language

Assessment

BTEC law is vocational and you will have to complete assignments and pass exams to  prepare for this you will be taught to analyse and evaluate, interpret and use legal  issues and/or problems. You will need to communicate a clear, concise and logical argument supported by legal authority.

Future opportunities

Studying law can lead to a career as a  solicitor, Barrister or Police officer or  other less well known legal careers such as Paralegals, Legal cashiers, Legal secretaries. Studying law also prepares you for a career outside of law because studying law will give  you many transferable skills you can use in other employment areas. All universities recognise law GCE  as a qualification to study on an LLB course or any other course except medicine.
