Customer Service Apprenticeship Level 2 at London Learning Consortium

Course description

The Level 2 Customer Service qualification comprises of a number of mandatory and optional units. To achieve the full qualification learners must complete a minimum of 28 credits:

Mandatory units:
  • Communicate using customer service language
  • Follow the rules to deliver customer service
