Future opportunities

What might I use this qualification for?As there is now a greater opportunity for working and travelling abroad, the importance of learning a foreign language is more obvious than ever. It provides the basis for students to benefit from these increased opportunities whilst presenting a stimulating challenge in its own right. Employers are increasingly looking for people who can speak a foreign language. In the world of higher education, there are many courses now offered which combine languages with other subjects. Languages with chemical engineering, science, politics, economics, geography, business study and law to name but a few. You can also use a foreign language A-level to lead to the study of more unusual languages such as Japanese and Russian.
