Course description

This Apprenticeship teaches you the skills to provide excellent customer service and can be applied to hundreds of job roles across many different sectors, from Government to telecommunications. Good customer service is key to the success of any organisation and this qualification covers all the elements that make a customer’s experience better.

Course content

Level 2 Intermediate Level Apprenticeship

Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service
Level 1 Functional Skills in Maths and English
Personal Learning & Thinking Skills (PLTS)

Entry requirements

Level 2 – A minimum of four GCSE at grade D/E or above is desirable.
