Customer Service Intermediate Apprenticeship Level 2 at PETROC

Course description

This Apprenticeship can be applied to hundreds of job roles across many different sectors. As a customer service apprentice, they'll be making sure that customers are dealt with in a positive, reliable and pleasant way, offering advice, answering questions or handling complaints.

Course content

This apprenticeship develops skills that will serve well in virtually any industry - so it's a very good way to move forward and prepare for a future career. This course can also be undertaken fully in the workplace through our Petroc Direct programme.

Entry requirements

4 GCSEs at Grade D or equivalent or above ideally to include Maths and English. You must have secured employment in order to start this programme and have a good basic education. Some employers will ask for GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C or above. Enthusiasm for your subject and a willingness to work hard are essential.
