Business Administration - Intermediate Apprenticeship (Level 2) at Mantra Learning

Course description

This apprenticeship enables learners to develop knowledge, understanding and skills essential for working in a business and administration environment, such as communication skills, working with others and managing and improving own performance.

Learners then have a choice of option units covering different functional areas such as work responsibilities, document production, events and meetings, communications or customer service. There is a wide range of optional units allowing learners to choose units to meet the needs of their own work role.

    • Mantra Learning has launched The Logistics Academy to provide young people with all the training and support they need to get their first job and start an apprenticeship.

      Mantra boasts very high quality training facilities. The Logistics Academy in Middleton is arguably the best independent logistics training facility in the UK.

      We are a co-founder of the Warehouse Technology Group and we work closely with a wide range of equipment suppliers to ensure learners are trained using the latest sector technologies. Our Logistics Research and Innovation Centre (LRIC) contains £1,000,000 worth of the latest warehouse technology learners are likely to encounter in the workplace. 

      Our learners train in a 20,000 sq. ft. working warehouse and gain practical experience before entering the job market. With 8 FLT training bays, 12 classrooms and 3 IT suites there is ample provision to support over 500 learners per week through the centre.

      We also have a fully equipped motor vehicle workshop to train apprentices in both light and heavy vehicle maintenance and repair.
