Course content

National Vocational Qualification (NVQ): Diploma in Customer Services Level 3
Technical Certificate: Customer Services Level 3
Functional Skills: English Level 2, Mathematics Level 2

Entry requirements

There are no academic requirements for this programme but you do need to be employed in an appropriate setting in order to be able to demonstrate competence in both knowledge and skills.

Future opportunities

You could gain further qualifications in Higher Education after you have achieved the Advanced Apprenticeship such as a Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship in Business & Professional Administration or Higher National Certificate (HNC) leading on to a Higher National Diploma (HND) or Foundation Degree in Business.
