Religious Studies at Queen Mary's College

Course description

The Religious Studies course is designed to help you to develop an interest in, and understanding of, questions and issues in the study of religion. You will study the cultural,social and political factors that have influenced the development of beliefs and practices in two major world faiths:Islam and Judaism.

The course will provide you with lots of interesting and exciting knowledge on the three major monotheistic religions (Islam and Judaism as well as, to some extent, Christianity). Over the two year course you will learn a lot about the religions’ history, and how they fit into today’s world.
