Biology AS/A2 at Bow School

Course description

Biology is a fascinating and popular choice of subject. Students will expand upon knowledge learned at GCSE, exploring new concepts. Biology involves the study of living organisms: the way they work and their interactions with each other and the environment. This course has a strong practical emphasis and aims to develop problem-solving ability through discussion work and practical experience.

Entry requirements

GCSE grades BB in Core and Additional Science (or B in GCSE Biology) and B in GCSE Mathematics, in addition to five A* - C grades, including English and Maths.
