'Throughout the course, you will develop a range of skills and knowledge preparing you for progression into employment within the Early Years sector or onto level 3. Course units include; Supporting physical care routines for children Understand how to work in partnership Understand legislation in relation to safeguarding, protection, health and safety and welfare of children Equality and diversity Supporting play and development Supporting creative play

Entry requirements

'Learners must have;4 GCSE’s at D grade preferably English and Maths or working towards Internal progression from Level 1 (with the required English and Maths grades)You will be required to attend an interview and must be able to show your enthusiasm for working with children
