French at Thomas Adams School

Course description

Learning French to an advanced level will not only give you highly marketable communication skills and an intellectual understanding of current affairs, but it will also develop your critical thinking skills in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.

Over the 2 year course, you will be required to develop the ability to write and speak French with accurate grammar and syntax. We offer personalised tuition in small groups and deliver good results from our hard-working and committed students.

Entry requirements

5 GCSEs at C grade or above including English and French from a higher tier paper.

Be advised that subject leaders strongly recommend a B grade in order to be successful on this course.

A keen interest in the language and culture of other countries.
