Motor Vehicle Body and Paint Operations: Body Repair - Apprenticeship at North London Garage Group Training Association

Course description

Remove, repair damaged panels and refit body panels. Learn how to use state of the art computerised and electronic systems gaining all relevant experience whilst working in a garage environment. You will be observed and assessed throughout your training programme and gain excellent Communication and Numeracy skills. To gain your Apprenticeship you will have to complete a Technical Certificate Level 2 and Keyskills Level 1 in Communication, Application of Number and ICT (if you have the required level of GCSE’s you will be exempt from Keyskills).

Entry requirements

Applicants to this programme are expected to have at least GCSE grade D or above in English, Maths and ICT.

Future opportunities

The course offers you a specialist work-based qualification to support a career in the motoring industry or to progress to an NVQ level 3 Vehicle Body and Paint Operations.
