AS/A2 Level Psychology AQA at Burton and South Derbyshire College

Course description

At AS the course will include the study of social influence, memory and forgetting and autism in the first unit. The second unit will cover the main approaches in Psychology, which will then be used to explain the development of a child’s appreciation of gender. It will also include study of the research methods used by psychologists.

Entry requirements

At least 5 grade Cs at GCSE of which one must be GCSE English. Maths or Science at grade C is essential. No previous knowledge of Psychology is required.
