Mechanical Manufacturing In Engineering Apprenticeship Level 2 at Training Services 2000 Ltd

Course description

Basic engineering drawing, measuring and marking out and handling of engineering information, fitting using hand skills, machining engineering materials, using CAD (Computer Aided Design) / CAM (Computer Aided Manufacture) equipment on up to date industry standard CNC machinery.

Course content

Level 2 Intermediate Level Apprenticeship

Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Performing Engineering Operations
Technical Certificate, Level 2 e.g. BTEC First Diploma
Functional Skills, Level 1 in Maths, English, ICT
There is also the opportunity to progress to Level 3 or an Advanced Level Apprenticeship

Entry requirements

Level 2 – A minimum of four GCSEs at grade D including English, Maths, Science and Technology is desirable.
