Course description
If you have little or no experience of working in the cleaning and support service industry but wish to progress in this sector, then our Cleaning Services course could be ideal for you for gain an essential qualification you need to bolster your skills and help you move into a supervisor or management role.
Course content
A range of subjects including:
Health and Safety for the cleaning and support industry,
Working with customers and others in the cleaning and support service industry,
Cleaning and maintenance of external surfaces and areas,
Cleaning of interiors and washrooms,
Dealing with routine and none routine waste.
Entry requirements
Employed within the industry,
Reference from current employer,
Assessment of Maths and English.
Assessment
Assessment is by practical observations, course work, assignments and external tests.
Future opportunities
On completion of the course learners will be qualified to work within the Cleaning and service support industry and have a possible opportunity to progress on to a Level 3 apprentice programme.
