Course description

The Customer Service Apprenticeship offers a mix of on and off the job training and assessment that provides the skills needed for your chosen career and will also lead to a nationally recognised qualification.

Course content

This apprenticeship is at level 2 and is designed to offer structured training that enables you to learn the skills you need to work in Customer Service. Your work is monitored and assessed throughout the apprenticeship period and targets are set to ensure you’re progressing and that you are provided with the right support.

Entry requirements

Completion of secondary education with GCSE achievement.
