Course description
Our exciting Traineeship programme is offer to learners aged 16-18.
You will undertake a thorough initial assessment which will match you to a high quality work experience placement with a supportive, professional employer.
Course content
You will have the opportunity to develop key employability skills, expand your Functional Skills knowledge (English and Maths) and gain essential industry experience in your chosen career area.
Programmes are full time and can lead to a full Apprenticeship offer within 6 months for those who complete the full programme.
You will receive ongoing careers guidance, and will receive OUTSTANDING personal support (Ofsted 2013) along with individualised teaching to continually improve your skills.

Weekly Bursary Payments and Travel Payments are available for eligible learners.
