Course description

This qualification will teach you about many aspects of the industry and gain valuable practical and teamwork skills. The qualification covers various routes, including cookery, food service and the industry as a whole. These qualifications are for anyone who is interested in a career in the hospitality sector.

Evidence of an interest in the hospitality industry.

Assessment

Each module is assessed by a separate assignment. These cover both knowledge and practical skills.

Future opportunities

This course will prepare you for entry into the industry as a Trainee Chef, or to progress onto either the Level 1 in Professional Cookery course or the Level 2 in Hospitality Services course.
