This course provides two years of stimulating and dynamic training which will enable students to pursue a professional career in the highly demanding and constantly evolving world of Performing Arts. Our team of dedicated staff recognises each individual’s needs,

Course content:

Mandatory (core) units:

  • Performance Workshop
  • Performing Arts Business
  • The Historical Context of Performance
  • Rehearsing for Performance
  • Performing to an Audience
  • Musical Theatre Performance

Optional Units include:

  • Auditions for Actors
  • Principles of Acting
  • Singing Skills for Actors and Dancers
  • Dance Performance
  • Arts in the Community

At least 5 GCSE’s at grade A* - C, preferably including English and successful audition
