Business Administration OCR Level 2 Diploma at Stafford College

Course description

This is a one year programme for students who wish to begin a career in Business Administration or Secretarial work and for adults who wish to update their skills or prepare for employment in office administration.  To become a valued member of the administration team you will need to have the ability to prepare business communications and work well with colleagues and customers.  The course covers key fundamental aspects of secretarial and administrative procedures you will have the opportunity to learn the necessary skills for administration work and learn correct procedures to complete practical office tasks successfully and within deadlines.

Entry requirements

4 GCSEs at Grade E or above or OCR Certificate in Administration Level 1 or NVQ in Administration Level 1.

Assessment

Assessments include Examinations & Coursework.

Future opportunities

You can progress into employment in Secretarial/Administration positions or Junior Management roles.  Progression might also be to the Level 3 Administration Course.
