Contact Centre Operations Level 2 at Springboard Sunderland Trust
This programme is designed to develop contact centre skills, attitudes and behaviours while supporting you to develop your personal and literacy and numeracy skills. You will learn what it’s like to work in a team, keyboard and telephone techniques, customer care, problem solving and effectively handling customer requests and complaints service.
