Course description

This qualification is designed to reflect the skills and knowledge of people who are thinking about a career or working in a job, which involves dealing with customers and related activities.

This qualification will provide individuals with an opportunity to get the skills and knowledge needed for a career in customer service or any job which involves dealing with customers.

Course content

Mandatory Units

Unit 1 - Organise, deliver and maintain reliable customer service. Unit 2 - Improve the customer relationship. Unit 3 - Work with others to improve customer service. Unit 4 - Monitor and solve customer service problems. Unit 5 - Promote continuous improvement

Optional Units 

Unit 6 - Develop your own others’ customer service skills Unit 7 - Organise, promote products or services to customers. Unit 8 - Lead the work of teams and individuals to improve customer service.

Assessment

To achieve this a full Level 3 Customer Service, a candidate must complete all 5 mandatory and 1 optional units. Making a total of six units.

Financial information

Level 3 - Fees are £900 for home(EU), £1,250 for funded students and £1,500 for international students.
