Plumbing and Heating Apprenticeship Level 2 at The College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London

Course description

This intensive course is suitable if you are already working in the plumbing industry or have been recently employed as an Apprentice. It provides you with essential technical knowledge and practical skills required to work at Level 2.

Course content

The course includes workshop-based practical training in plumbing skills, together with practical assessment, theory tuition and theory assessment.

Entry requirements

You will need GCSE grades A - C in maths and English or equivalent Key Skills / Functional Skills qualifications. You will also need Level 1 in ICT but this can be achieved as part of your College course.


You will need to complete an initial skills assessment in maths and English.

You must be working in the plumbing industry.

Future opportunities

You could progress to plumbing and Domestic Heating 6189 City & Guilds Diploma Level 3 as an apprentice.
