Management Apprenticeship Level 3 at Stratford-upon-Avon College
Good managers are essential to the day to day running and success of a business. Our Level 3 Apprenticeship in Management aims to build on your skills and knowledge within your current role, ensure that you are able to work effectively within the workplace and develop your leadership and management skills across a wide range of subjects.
During this course, you will cover topics such as:
- Planning, allocating and monitoring the work of a team
- Supporting team members
- Managing conflict
- Resolving problems
- Project management
- Agreeing budgets
- Managing customer service
All the skills learnt during this apprenticeship are valuable and recognised across a range of sectors and job roles.
This Apprenticeship Framework consists of the following components:
Diploma: Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Management
Technical Certificate: Not Applicable
*Functional Skills: Level 2 in Mathematics, Level 2 in English, Level 2 ICT
Other: Level 2 Certificate in Employment, Rights and Responsibilities
*Functional Skills are only applicable to learners who have not already achieved GCSE grade A-C in English and Maths (or equivalent).
To achieve the Diploma element of this course, you will be required to complete a series of units which are then assessed in conjunction with observations in the workplace. This is to ensure you are able to demonstrate practical skills and knowledge in a real setting. To achieve the Functional Skill components, you will be required to undergo a series of formal tests. All knowledge required to achieve these components will be gained alongside the Diploma. Testing will commence at College and you may be required to attend sessions at College.
