Course description

This Apprenticeship gives you the skills to provide excellent customer service, and can be applied to hundreds of job roles across many different sectors. As a Customer Service Apprentice, you’ll probably work at the front end of an employer’s business activities and regularly assist customers. The Apprenticeship typically leads to roles such as Customer Service Trainee/ Assistant/Representative/Agent.

Entry requirements

Candidates must be 16 years of age or over on entry. No formal entry requirements. To enter this programme you will need to show enthusiasm, commitment and interest in the subject area. You will need to be employed in the industry.

Future opportunities

A Level 3 Apprenticeship in Customer Service, or full-time employment in a customer facing role.
