Anyone with an interest in the hospitality industry.
You will learn a variety of things such as correct service and clearing techniques, different types and styles of service, wine matching, ingredient sourcing and customer interactions.
A keen interest in the hospitality industry as a career and an appropriate Level Two qualification.
This is a very practical course with the majority of work taking place in our training restaurant. There is also an element of theory that will be delivered in classroom settings as well as online.
You could progress into a job within hospitality or you could progress onto higher education within the college or university.
