Barbering Advanced Apprenticeship at Weston College

Course description

Apprenticeships are all about learning on the job – getting paid while you learn from your employer and in some cases coming into college for a day a week for practical training, theory, and demos, plus to work in our commercial salon.

During this apprenticeship you will build onto your Level 2 Diploma and perform creative hair cutting and design and creation of a range of facial hair shapes. You will also be involved in hairdressing consultation services and promoting services or products to clients. You will put together a portfolio of evidence to show that you are competent at the tasks you do every day, while receiving regular support from experienced tutors.
