Advanced Instructor Training Programme at Cornwall College

Course description

This course is for instructors who have had one season experience in an outdoor centre and want to build upon their basic outdoor pursuits skills and knowledge of the industry to progress as a more competent instructor. The course is designed to allow development in outdoor pursuits, personal, technical and delivery skills before starting back for the next summer season.

Entry requirements

The ideal candidate should have worked a minimum of one season in the outdoor activity industry as an instructor. You must provide evidence of continuing professional development in land and water based activities.
