Art and Design:UAL Level 1 at Suffolk New College
Learn both in the classroom and out in the world as you progress and develop your art and design skills. Participate in live, community based projects which will allow you to be creative and experience real industry work. You also learn on trips, visiting places such as London, to give you a first-hand look at some of the best in art, design and media.
All students who have not achieved a grade C or grade 4, or above in GCSE English or Maths or both will need to study an English or/and Maths qualification alongside their chosen main qualification.
The study programme operates over three days a week and there is an expectation that some self-initiated work will develop during private study. The study programme is made up of a series of units that enables you to experiment in different ways. The study programme includes drawing, digital art & design, 3D and 2D.
