Customer Service (QCF) Level 2 at Training Strategies Ltd.

Course description

Customer Service is for candidates employed in a customer service capacity in any sector. Assessment takes place in the workplace and includes communication with customers and employees and dealing with difficult situations. Customer service candidates also take part in two days’ training based on the theory behind conflict management, good communication and body language.
