Customer Service Level 2 at JF Training

Course description

As an apprentice on a Level 2 Customer Service course, your day to day duties will depend on the employer that you work for. However, the work will be in a customer service setting with various tasks to compete on an ongoing basis – the nature of these tasks means that the works requires you to put the customers first to ensure customer loyalty and to always be polite and friendly.
