This is a one year course which is entirely coursework assessed. It is particularly suitable for candidates who:

 Have gained GCSE grades mainly in the range C / D / E

 Wish to improve their overall level of qualifications

The content of this course is geared to the needs of students who might wish to work in a customer service related role. The course requires students to complete the following units:

Unit 1: Understanding Good Customer Service

Unit 2: Delivering Effective Customer Service

Unit 3: Planning for Self-development in Customer Service

These units have a strong vocational bias – the subject has been developed to give learners the opportunity to engage in learning that is relevant to them and which will provide opportunities to develop a range of skills and techniques, personal skills and attributes essential for successful performance in working life.
