Agilisys Education have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice to work for one of the UK’s most innovative IT and business process service providers.

Course content

•Logging customer calls •Dealing with enquiries from users via Telephone, email, fax and online. •Offer support, advice and guidance to users [Staff and students] •Ensure that escalation procedures are applied effectively. •Effective use of knowledgebase and other systems to retrieve and update •Build and configure user devices as required •Develop software skills to support the full range of school devices, including AV, printers, laptops and tablets

Entry requirements

* Excellent Customer services skills * Knowledge of Microsoft products * Ability to accurately analyse and assess problems * Good communication skills – verbal and written * Ability to prioritise tasks and manage own time effectively * Ability to work to deadlines
