This programme is for those who are directly responsible for the delivery of customer service and focuses on enhancing your understanding and implementation of enhanced customer service strategies. We will help you develop the skills to implement excellent customer service and continuously strive to improve it through various service delivery methods.
These skills can be applied to a wide range of industry sectors and job roles and will equip you with the tools to effectively manage the systems and processes which have an impact on customers.
