Business & Administration Apprenticeship at CT Skills

Course description

This programme is designed for people who work for around 30 hours a week in administrative roles. This is an Apprenticeship so you earn as you learn. skills and knowledge that you apply in the work place can be used as evidence towards your qualification. An assessor will work with you through one to one sessions, small group session and observations to support your development in the role. this framework covers roles including:

· Administration Assistant

· Clerical Officer

· Receptionist

· PA/Secretary

Mandatory Units that are covered within the framework are:

· Manage Own Performance in a Business Environment

· Improve Own Performance in a Business Environment
· Communicate in a Business Environment

Entry requirements

Entry Level 3, Lived in the UK for 3 Years or more, come from EU member country or a British Citizen. Aged 16-19, Not in any form of Education, Training or Employment.

Key information

  • Start date: Throughout the year
  • Duration: Training and assessment mostly takes place in the workplace. There will also be some classroom-based work. You can learn at your own pace (within reason) but it usually takes about two years.
