Course description

This Apprenticeship develops the skills and knowledge needed to work in the catering and hospitality sector. It is for employees who work in a professional kitchen, who want to further their career and gain a qualification through a flexible combination of training and assessment in the workplace.

Entry requirements

As an Apprenticeship is a job they each have different entry requirements. To be able to apply for an Apprenticeship you must be ready to start work immediately. This means if you are still in Year 11 you must wait until you have completed school before applying as all vacancies are for immediate starts - just like a real job vacancy.
