Level 2 First Diploma in Business at West Kent College

Course description

Your stepping stone to a higher level business studies course.

In this introduction to business studies you will cover:

• Business purposes
• Business organisations
• Forecasting in business
• People in organisations

If you don’t already have a Grade C in English and maths, then resits will be timetabled into this course.

Entry requirements

You will need four GCSEs at Grade D-G/3-1, or an equivalent Level 1 at Merit Grade, both require English and maths at Grade D/3 or above. We also consider equivalent qualifications or relevant experience.

Future opportunities

Progress on to the Level 3 Extended Diploma in Business, with successful completion at Merit or Distinction, plus a GCSE Grade C in maths and English.
