Customer Service - Level 2 Intermediate Apprenticeship at Blackpool and The Fylde College

Course description

This course provides both the Apprentice and the Company with strong advantages in today's competitive market and current economic climate. In today's society customers have expectation of high service levels and customer loyalty is becoming harder to secure. Apprentices who have undertaken specific training in Customer Service skills, whether dealing with customers face to face, over the phone or to other internal colleagues, can help to provide a competitive edge to a company.

Course content

The course is made up of the following elements: • NVQ – Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Customer Service. • Technical Certificate – Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service. • Functional Skills/GCSE’s or equivalent – GCSE in Mathematics and English at Grades A-C or Functional Skills at Level 1. Prior learning will be assessed and Apprentices supported to work towards the correct level of Mathematics and English required.
