Hospitality Apprenticeships and NVQs are nationally designed training programmes offering employees the opportunity to enhance their career through a combination of training and assessment. Employees can choose from a variety of programmes in all aspects of food preparation and cooking, restaurant supervision, housekeeping skills and bar service.
